Jan 23My question is. Its been about 8 days since I sprained my ankle. The swelling went down a lot because I applied ice to it. I can put a deasent about of pressure on it, but not my full weight. There is very little pain at all. I can move it ok but I cant fully rotate my joint. Has anyone had similar problems like me? How bad is this? Jan 17I sprained my ankle on Sunday, but the swelling has gone down a lot. I started walking on it with an ACE bandage wrapped around the ankle, but I was wondering if this is bad?
