		<description>If it only feels sore and not pains, then its just psychological. If it starts paining from now onward, than my conclusion has been proved because, I mentioned it and your mind let it happen.

If it keeps on remaining sore after exercise, just ignore, practice that and soon you will get rid of it.

BUT if the pain remains constant(NOT coming back ONLY when you think about it) and does not goes away for two days, GO CHECK WITH a doctor, better, with an orthopedic surgeon.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
