		<description>It sounds like a torn ligament. You can tear ligaments by twisting or spraining your ankle, and this may be what you have done. It will only hurt when you put your foot in a certain position. I don&#039;t suggest running on it. If you only have one ligament torn (usually the outside one near the front), and you work it too hard, then you can strain the next one (moving in a clockwise direction), and tear it, and so on and so forth. I would go to the doctor and have it checked out, though. Good luck!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Broken ankle, three sprained ankles in the past, including one currently.</description>

		<description>If you had added what kind of injury you had?..did you twist or sprain your ankle,or did this just start hurting 3 weeks ago,i mean u didnt say how it began....it could be a bone bruise..or just the strain of running on your foot..go to the dr...it could be something more serious..lotsa luck...Kathy*&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;I had a bone bruise ,my right ankle</description>
