		<description>hahaha i had the sameee situation. okay try doing this. try going up on ur toes and coming back down (sort of mid speed) if you cant do that...then try doing like range of motion excersises. example-sit on the edge of a chair and try 2 trace ur foot with the alphabet. orrr use thuroband excercises (you can view all of these excercises online) but keep RICEing it...see how it goes...if its swelling up really bad take 200 mg motrin to reduce pain. also try looking into physical therapy. im a swimmer and i had to go to physical therapy (my ankle was really badly sprained) and thats where i got all of these excercises. so try that...and if not look up excercises online and try 2 do them at least twice a day. also try wearing a brace or like compression cast so the ankle wont roll over again.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;LOTS of experience</description>
