Depends on how bad the ankle is. But u should do the RICE routine.
Rest – rest the injured area
Ice – reduces swelling
Compression – also helps prevent/reduce swelling. Make sure its not too tight.
Eleveate – elevate injured area above heart level. reduces the throbbing pain that may be present.
keep it in a position u dont feel pain, use something that can bind with it in same pose and rub sum sorta balm or iodex or relispray and cover the wounded part by crepe bandage or some thick cloth. tie it tightly,
also u can take pain killer tablet like ‘nice’
can get it frm a pharmacist (medicin ki dukan)

at last sleeping will let ur anke to relax the most and u wont feel pain if u dont change position in sleep
